It is currently 48 degrees and windy. The clouds are heavy and it looks like the storm will be on us in a couple of hours. It is blustery and miserable outside. Inklings took her Mother in today for surgery to repair a hernia on her stomach so this is basically my first day alone in the house since I retired.
I had planned to do a lot of caulking of the windows and door frames today. I started to do it but changed my mind thinking the surface where the caulk was going was too cold. Probably not true but that's why I'm just going to veg out today.
Some say the world will end with fire.
Others say with ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those that favor fire.
But if I had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate,
To say that for destruction ice,
Is also great and would suffice.

This is the first day of spring break for my kids (and for me with seminary) I have great plans, and vegging isn't in them, but here I sit. :)
Dig out a movie and pop some popcorn! :0)
Yeah---or just eat all the Easter candy since no one else was here to help with that.
