CASE REOPENED

I sent a blistering reply back to ASC yesterday late in the afternoon. When I arrived at work this morning I had instructions in my e-mail on how to view the reopened case. They had the complete e-mail (with no parts edited out) in the case statement along with the note NEEDS TO TALK TO A RETIREMENT COUNSELOR. It was posted at 5:46 a.m. today. Guess somebody works down there.

Keep on them. We have had a lot of people here at B&F have problems with them too. Be thankful you are retiring in January. That is when R5 migrates to HCM and you know how many employees are in R5? They mess up so much now, I wonder how it is going to be then.
