Some say the world will end with fire.

Others say with ice.

From what I've tasted of desire

I hold with those that favor fire.

But if I had to perish twice,

I think I know enough of hate,

To say that for destruction ice,

Is also great and would suffice.

NIGHT TERRORS

For the last three nights I have had night mares dealing with confined spaces---yeah ever since I got stuck under a shed trying to retrieve a cat when I was five or six I have had this terrible fear of tight spaces.

I have woke up in a sweat of terror several times each night due to dreams of being stuck in tight places. Today I am going underground into a mine on the District so I am hoping the night TERROR goes away after (if) I make it out.

We should research this and find out what it means. I think there is more to this than just the idea of being in a tight space.

Wrong---it is from when i was a kid and chased a cat under a building---crawled past a bent nail then tried to crawl back oput---the nail hooked my clothes---took me three hours to dig around the nail with my bare hands---tight places scare the H!@# out of me.

I remember going through caves in Idaho on a science trip. It was the one where we spent time in Yellowstone and different places and we were gone for ten days. I was going through a cave and belly-crawling and got so claustrophobic that I had to back out when I'd only gone twenty or thirty feet. Maybe it's inherited? :)

I hate tight squeezes too...we went into a cave up near East Park above Red Fleet Reservoir. It kind of freaked me out. Especially when I saw sticks stuck on the ceiling of the tunnels from when they fill up with water...

But what were you trying to do to the cat? Skin it?

And tan it and hang it in the back of his closet, Native Minnow.

Gross. I have never even been to the caves by Sheep Creek.
I wish that instead of being such a brat I would have done other things like mountain repelling and discovering caves and such.
I still haven't been able to find the Indian ruins by Manila.
I emailed Lynn Ingram about it about two years ago, she couldn't remember and she sent my email to a guy in Vernal who didn't know either. Isn't that weird? I really do want to take Kaden to that...I might have to break down and call Mr. Durant. I wonder if he'd take my call. ;) I do live by his best friend.

I got to go on a field trip. It's Sheep Creek Loop, I think.
