We have been re-doing five rooms in the house. Inklings pulled all of the wall paper off from them and now we are in the process of painting. This morning I got up and finished one room and re-hung all of the wall mounted stuff. I also finished the first coat on another room that has been a pain to paint. Now we are out of paint so if we are going to go further this weekend we need to go buy more.
*L* tell your hubby we just ran out of that five gallons of paint he gave us when he finished painting the assisted living center. It was really, really good paint. We painted four rooms with it.
The room that we have just finished looks really good - can hardly wait until the other four are finished too.

Painting sucks. I've had to do way too much of it this year! lol :) I'm glad that you were able to use the paint. What color was it?
The contractor paint is worth the extra money, by the way. JayDee showed me a prime example two weekends ago on a side job.
It was white - DUH - we don't do colors 'cause we want it to look good and easy for new buyers - if in fact we do decide to sell it.
I was wondering if it was a neutral. Duh. ;) I figured you wouldn't go much off the white or gray or tan scale. lol (Chicken)
Well, if you saw the difference it has made in the downstairs bedroom, you would be amazed. We didn't realize how dark that room was before.
If you re-carpeted the basement, you would get enough back from the sale to make it worth it. Just a thought. :)
