Maybe someday I will get good enough at this uploading stuff to do it right - I have the pictures loaded backwards. But this is a live catch that was collared last year on the District. I'm not goin' there after him.

what do they do with the live catch?
Put a radio tracking collar on it - do a physical exam and age it then turn it loose and follow it around the mountain for the rest of it's life - recording what it does and where it goes - we probably have better cougar data on this mountain than anywhere in hte world. The study just started into it's 11th year.
This way if it starts causing problems, you can find it easier too right?? Isn't that kind of what they did in Flaming Gorge with that Bear??
My husband would LOVE that job! lol :)
